Attend the McMinn County Democratic Party Presidential County Convention on Saturday, March 7th. The County Convention will be held at the McMinn County Senior Citizens Center. The convention is your opportunity to be part of the process of electing delegates to the Democratic National Convention in July 2020. At the County Convention, you will caucus for your chosen candidate and elect your McMinn County representatives (selectors) to the Congressional District 3 Convention at Roane State on March 21st. Selectors will attend the District 3 Convention on March 21st and vote for delegates to the Democratic National Convention.

In order to caucus you must vote in the Democratic Presidential Primary in McMinn County. Early voting is February 12th-February 25th and the primary is Tuesday, March 3th.  

Doors for the convention will open at 12 pm for check-in and the convention will begin at 1 pm. You must be in line by 1 pm in order to participate.
